The Kit Room (TKR) is a multivendor marketplace app dedicated to original football shirts.
Our top priority is authenticity: each listing can be checked through a verification system.
Verified shirts receive a visible badge and a digital certificate, boosting trust for buyers and sellers alike.Beyond direct purchases, The Kit Room lets you trade shirts safely with other collectors.The project was created by a young Italian university student, driven by a passion for football kits and by the aim to give the community a reliable place to buy, sell, and trade certified originals, without the fear of counterfeits.

We collect the following categories of data: (i) data provided voluntarily, such as email (required) and name (required) through the waitlist registration form; (ii) browsing data, such as technical logs and cookies necessary for the functioning of the site.3. Purposes and Legal Basis
We process personal data for the following purposes: (i) waitlist registration and sending updates on the app launch, based on consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR); (ii) responding to contact requests, based on legitimate interest or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.f / 6.1.b GDPR); (iii) ensuring security and proper functioning of the site, including technical cookies and abuse prevention, based on legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR); (iv) carrying out statistical or marketing analysis, if enabled, based on consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).4. Data Processing Methods
Data are processed using electronic tools with appropriate security measures. Access is limited to authorized staff and service providers.5. Data Retention
Waitlist data are kept until consent is withdrawn or, in the absence of interaction, for up to 24 months from the last activity, after which we delete or anonymize the data. Technical logs are typically kept for 6 months or as strictly necessary.6. Recipients / Service Providers
We may share data with providers who process data on our behalf as data processors, including hosting, site platform, email, and analytics. These include: Squarespace, Inc. (website platform); Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC (Gmail) and Aruba S.p.A. (email/newsletter); Google Analytics (analytics). Some providers may have servers outside the EEA (e.g. USA). In such cases, transfers take place under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other appropriate safeguards under GDPR.
